  【 용 례 】    대한민국의 군사상 이익을 해하거나 적국에 군사상의 이익을 공여한 자는 무기 또는 3년 이상의 징역에 처한다  A person who injures military interests of the Republic of Korea or provides other military interests for an enemy country shall be punished by imprisonment for life or for not less than three years. 

  【  용  례  】                  회사는 누구에게든지 주주의 권리행사와 관련하여 재산상의 이익을 공여할 수 없다 A company may not grant proprietary gains to any other person in connection with the exercise of rights as a stockholder. 

  【 용 례 】    이 법은 재단법인 또는 사단법인으로서 사회일반의 이익에 공여하기 위하여 학자금·장학금 또는 연구비의 보조나 지급, 학술, 자선에 관한 사업을 목적으로 하는 법인(이하 “공익법인”이라 한다)에 대하여 적용한다 This Act shall apply to an incorporated foundation or incorporated association (hereinafter referred to as the “public-service corporation”) the purpose of which is to conduct activities related to sciences and charities including the support or payment of school expenses, scholarships or research funds in order to contribute to the common interests of society. 

  【 용 례 】    임야: 그 소유자의 생계 또는 영업유지에 직접 공여되어 있지 아니하는 임야로서 공부상의 임야와 사실상의 임야를 포함한다 Forests: those which are not directly contributed to the maintenance of livelihood or business of their owners, including officially-registered forests and actual forests. 

  【 용 례 】    “방위산업시설(이하 “방산시설”이라 한다)”이라 함은 방산업체 및 연구기관에서 방산물자의 생산 또는 연구개발에 공여하는 토지 및 그 토지상의 정착물 (장비 및 기기를 포함한다)을 말한다 The term “facilities for defense industry” (hereinafter referred to as “defense industry facilities”) means the land and its fixtures (including equipments and apparatuses) which a defense industry enterprise or research institute dedicates to the production, research and development of defense industry supplies. 

  【 용 례 】    업무에 관하여 부정한 청탁을 받고 제3자에게 재물 또는 재산상의 이익을 공여하게 하거나 공여를 요구 또는 약속 한 때에는 5년 이하의 징역 또는 1천500만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다  Any persons shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 5 years or by a fine not exceeding 15 million won if they have a third party offer any property or proprietary interests or make a request or promise therefor in return for any unjustifiable solicitation for favors related to their duties.
