【 용 례 】 보험자가 보험계약자로부터 보험계약의 청약과 함께 보험료 상당액의 전부 또는 일부의 지급을 받은 때에는 다른 약정이 없으면 30일내에 그 상대방에 대하여 낙부의 통지를 발송하여야 한다. 그러나 인보험계약의 피보험자가 신체 검사를 받아야 할 경우에는 그 기간은 신체검사를 받은 날부터 기산한다 When an insurer receives from a policyholder a payment of the whole or a part of the amount equivalent to the premium, as well as an application for an insurance contract, it shall dispatch to him/her a notice on whether it accepts the application or not within thirty days unless otherwise stipulated. If the insured of a personal insurance contract is to undergo a physical examination, however, the period shall run from the day on which he/she does it.
