【  용  례  】 변호사는 법원이나 수사기관에 변호인선임서나 위임장 등을 제출하지 아니하고는 다음 각 호의 사건에 대하여 변호하거나 대리할 수 없다.

    1. 재판에 계속 중인 사건

    2. 수사 중인 형사사건(내사 중인 사건을 포함한다) 

Every attorney-at-law shall be prohibited from performing his/her defense or acting on behalf of his/her client for the case falling under each of the following subparagraphs without submitting a letter of designation of counsel or a letter of attorney to the relevant court or the relevant investigation agency: 

1. The case for which the trial is in progress; and 

2. The criminal case for which the investigation is in progress (including the case for which the secret investigation is in progress).
