【 용 례 】 지식경제부장관은 기업의 대외진출을 지원하기 위하여 무역·통상 관련기관 또는 단체로부터 정보를 체계적으로 모집·분석하여 지방자치단체 및 기업에 대하여 필요한 정보를 제공할 수 있다 The Minister of Knowledge Economy may, for the purpose of supporting enterprises in developing new foreign markets, collect necessary information from institutions or organizations related to trade and commerce, systematically analyze it and provide it for local governments and enterprises. 

【 용 례 】 재단은 필요하다고 인정하는 때에는 외교통상부장관의 승인을 얻어 관계법령의 규정에 의하여 기부금품을 모집할 수 있다 The Foundation may, if deemed necessary, collect donations pursuant to related Acts and subordinate statutes after obtaining approval from the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade. 

【  용  례  】 이 법 또는 다른 법률에 위반하여 조합원을 모집한 때 Where the association recruits its members in violation of this Act or other Acts. 

【 용 례 】 사업주는 근로자를 모집·채용함에 있어서 성별, 신앙, 사회적 신분, 출신지역 또는 출신학교 등을 이유로 차별을 하여서는 아니 되며, 균등한 취업기회를 보장하여야 한다 In recruiting or employing workers, any business operator shall not discriminate against them on grounds of sex, religion, social status, region of origin or almamater, etc. and shall guarantee an equal opportunity. 

【 용 례 】 교육과학기술부장관은 학교설립인가 또는 분교설치인가를 받지 아니하고 학교의 명칭을 사용하거나 학생을 모집 하여 시설을 사실상 학교의 형태로 운영하는 자에 대하여 그 시설의 폐쇄를 명할 수 있다 The Minister of Education, Science and Technology may order a person, who operates any facility as a de facto school by using the title of the school or enrolling students without obtaining either the authorization of its establishment or that of the establishment of any other branch school to close the said facility. 

【  용  례  】 공단이 발행하는 채권은 모집·총액인수 또는 매출의 방법으로 이를 발행한다 The Corporation shall issue its bonds by means of the invitation of subscriptions, total acceptance or sale.
