【 용 례 】 시·도지사는 건설기계의 소유자 또는 점유자가 제1항의 규정에 의한 명령을 받은 날부터 1월이 경과할 때까지 이를 이행하지 아니한 때에는 대통령령이 정하는 바에 따라 건설기계를 매각하거나 폐기할 수 있다 If the owner or possessor of construction machines fails to comply with any such order as given under paragraph (1) within one month after being so given, the Mayor/Do governor may sell or dismantle them in accordance with Presidential Decree.

【 용 례 】 매각대금을 분할납부하게 하거나 공제할 수 있는 경우는 다음 각호와 같다. 이 경우에는 수의계약에 의하여 매각할 수 있다 In cases falling under any of the following subparagrphs, the purchase price may be paid in installments or deducted. In this case, the disposal by a free contract may be permitted.
