【 용 례 】 등록말소의 절차 기타 필요한 사항은 국토해양부령으로 정한다 The procedures for the cancellation of registration and other necessary matters shall be prescribed by ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. 

【  용  례  】 시장·군수 또는 구청장은 임대사업자의 등록을 말소하고자 하는 경우에는 청문을 실시하여야 한다 If the head of a Si/Gun/Gu intends to cancel the registration of rental housing business operators, he/she shall hold a hearing.

【 용 례 】 등기관이 소유권보존등기의 신청을 각하한 경우에는 제40조 제1항의 규정에 의하여서 한 기재를 말소하여야 한다 In case a registration official rejects an application for any ownership preservation registration, he/she shall delete those matters which are entered under Article 40 (1).

【 용 례 】 공공기관의 개인정보처리업무를 방해할 목적으로 공공기관에서 처리하고 있는 개인정보를 변경 또는 말소한 자는 10년 이하의 징역에 처한다 Any person who modifies or eliminates any such personal information as a public agency manages, for the purpose of hindering it in doing so, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten years.
