【 용 례 】 기획재정부장관은 관세자유지역 예정지역의 지정기간이 만료되기 전에 관세자유지역위원회의 심의를 거쳐 관세 자유지역으로 지정할 것인지의 여부를 결정하여야 한다 The Minister of Strategy and Fiance shall determine whether or not to designate any prearranged zone as a customs-free zone by referring it to the Customs-Free Zone Committee for deliberation before the expiration of the term of validity of the designation. 

【  용  례  】 위원은 그 임기가 만료된 경우 후임자가 위촉될 때까지 계속 그 직무를 집행한다 In case the term of office of a member expires, he/she shall continuously perform his/her duties until his/her successor is commissioned.
