【 용 례 】 농어촌특별세법의 종전규정에 의한 저축의 이자와 배당에 대한 감면의 경우 2000년 12월 31일까지 동 저축에 가입한 분에 대하여는 동 저축의 만기시까지 종전의 규정을 적용한다 In case of tax reduction and exemption with respect to any interest and dividend accruing from savings under the previous provisions of the Act on Special Rural Development Tax, savings deposited on or before December 31, 2000 shall be governed by such previous provisions until their expiry.
