【  용  례  】 부적법한 소로서 그 흠결을 보정할 수 없는 경우에는 변론없이 판결로 소를 각하할 수 있다 An illegal lawsuit, whose defects cannot be rectified, may be dismissed by a judgment without pleadings. 

【 용 례 】 지방자치단체에 양여하는 금액을 산정할 때에는 재정여건·인구등을 참작하여 대통령령이 정하는 바에 의하여 보정할 수 있다 In calculating the amount of money, which shall be delivered to the local government, such amount shall be revised as prescribed by Presidential Decree in consideration of financial situations and population, etc. of such local government.

【 용 례 】 공정거래위원회는 제1항 및 제2항의 규정에 의하여 제출된 보고서 및 첨부서류가 미비된 경우에는 기간을 정하여 당해 서류의 보정을 명할 수 있다 Where the report and accompanying documents submitted under paragraphs (1) and (2) are incomplete, the Fair Trade Commission may order that such documents be supplemented within a fixed period.
