【  용  례  】 보전임지의 전용허가와 벌채등의 허가·신고 Permission on diversion of a preserved forest and permission and report on deforestation.

【 용 례 】 도시지역 : 도시계획법상의 도시계획에 의하여 당해 지역의 개발·정비·관리·보전 등을 시행하였거나 시행할 지역과 택지개발예정지구, 국가산업단지, 지방산업단지, 전원개발사업구역 및 예정구역(수력발전소 및 송·변전시설 부지를 제외한다)으로 지정하여 개발하였거나 개발할 지역 Urban areas: areas which are developed, improved, managed or maintained or which are to be developed, improved, managed or conserved in accordance with an urban plan executed as prescribed by the Urban Planning Act;and the areas developed as predetermined or to be developed as a housing site development district, national industrial complex, local industrial complex, electric source development project zone and its predetermined zones (excluding the land for a hydroelectric power generating plant and electric power transmission and its facilities). 

【 용 례 】 가압류는 금전채권이나 금전으로 환산할 수 있는 채권에 대하여 동산 또는 부동산에 대한 강제집행을 보전하기 위하여 할 수 있다 Provisional attachment may be effected for the purpose of securing a compulsory execution against movables and immovables in respect of a money claim or a claim which can be converted into money.
