방기(하다) abandonment (abandon)
【 용 례 】 우편관서의 취급중에 있는 우편물을 정당한 사유없이 개피, 훼손, 은닉 또는 방기하거나 또는 고의로 수취인이 아닌 자에게 교부한 자는 3년이하의 징역 또는 1천만원이하의 벌금에 처한다 Any person, who, without any justifiable reason, opens, damages, conceals or abandons a postal item being handled at the post office, or intentionally surrenders such postal item to persons other than the addressee shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than three years or by a fine not exceeding ten million won.
