【  용  례  】 잡종선은 다른 선박의 항행에 방해가 될 우려가 있는 장소에 정박 또는 정류하여서는 아니된다 No miscellaneous ship shall be anchored or stopped at a place where it might obstruct the navigation of other ships. 

【 용 례 】 질문에 대하여 답변을 거부·방해 또는 기피하거나 허위의 답변을 한 자 또는 검사를 거부·방해 또는 기피한자 A person who refuses, hinders or evades answering to the question or person who refuses, hinders or evades the inspection.

【  용  례  】 검역을 거부·방해 또는 기피한 자 A person who has rejected, interfered with, or evaded the quarantine.

【 용 례 】 지방해양항만청장은 개항의 항계안 또는 항계의 부근에서 선박의 항행을 방해하거나 항행에 위험을 미칠 우려가 있는 표류물·침몰물등의 물건을 발견한 때에는 그 물건의 소유자 또는 점유자에 대하여 그 제거를 명할 수 있다 If the chief of a regional maritime affairs and port office finds any drifting or sunken articles in or near the boundaries of an open port, which might prevent ships from navigating or endanger any navigation, he/she may order the owner or possessor of such articles to remove them. 

【 용 례 】 관할선거구선거관리위원회위원장이나 그가 미리 지명한 위원은 합동연설회장에서 연설을 방해하거나 합동연설 회장의 질서를 문란하게 하는 자가 있는 때에는 이를 제지하고, 그 명령에 불응하는 때에는 합동연설회장 밖으로 퇴장 시킬 수 있다 The chairman of the competent constituency election commission or a member nominated in advance by the chairman shall stop the person if the person interrupts a speech at the joint campaign speech meeting or disturbs the order of the joint campaign speech meeting, and may dismiss the person from the place of the joint campaign speech meeting if the order to stop is not complied with. 

【 용 례 】 당해 통보가 증거인멸·증인위협 등 공정한 사법절차의 진행을 방해할 우려가 있는경우 Where the notification is likely to impede the progress of fair judicial proceedings, such as destroying evidence and threatening witnesses. 

【 용 례 】 이 법에 의한 급여를 받을 수 있는 자가 중대한 과실에 의하거나 정당한 사유없이 요양에 관한 지시에 불응함으로 써 질병, 부상, 폐질을 발생하게 하거나 사망하거나 또는 그 질병, 폐질의 정도를 증진하게 하거나 그 회복을 방해하거나 또는 고의로 질병, 폐질의 정도를 증진하거나 그 회복을 방해한 경우에는 대통령령이 정한 바에 의하여 그에 대한 급여의 전부 또는 일부를 지급하지 아니할 수 있다 In case a person who is entitled to receive the benefit as prescribed by this Act makes himself afflicted with a disease, injured or disabled, or dies, worsens the disease or the disability, or retards its recovery by failing to comply with the medical instructions by conducting serious mistakes or without any justifiable reason, the payment of all or part of his/her benefit may be disallowed pursuant to Presidential Decree.

【 용 례 】 보고 또는 자료제출을 하지 아니하거나 허위보고 또는 허위자료를 제출한 자 또는 검사를 방해·거부한 자는 300만원이하의 과태료에 처한다 A person, who fails to make a report or submit documents, who makes a false report or submits false documents, or who disturbs and rejects the inspection, shall be punished by a fine for negligence not exceeding three million won. 

【  용  례  】 토지의 출입·사용을 거부 또는 방해한 자 The person who refuses or disturbs coming in and out of the land or using the land
