【 용 례 】 대통령선거의 후보자는 후보자의 등록이 끝난 때부터 개표종료시까지 사형·무기 또는 장기 7년 이상의 징역이나 금고에 해당하는 죄를 범한 경우를 제외하고는 현행범인이 아니면 체포 또는 구속되지 아니하며, 병역소집의 유예를 받는다 A candidate for the presidential election shall not be arrested or detained unless he/she is caught red- handed, except when he/she commits a crime falling under capital punishment or imprisonment with or without prison labor either for life or for seven or more years, and shall have the call-up for military service postponed, from the time the candidate completes registration until the ballot counting is finished.
