【 용 례 】 1인이 토목공사업과 건축공사업을 중복하여 등록하고자 하거나 보유하게 되는 때에는 토목건축공사업의 등록기준을 갖추어야 한다 Where one person intends to obtain or holds the dual registration of the civil engineering business and the construction business, he/she shall meet the standards for registration of the civil engineering business. 

【 용 례 】 정보의 공개를 청구하는 자(이하 “청구인”이라 한다)는 당해 정보를 보유하거나 관리하고 있는 공공기관에 다음 각호의 사항을 기재한 정보공개청구서를 제출하여야 한다 The person making a request for disclosure of information (hereinafter referred to as the “requester”) shall submit a written request for disclosure of information stating the matters of the following subparagraphs to the public agency which holds or maintains such information.

【 용 례 】 등록의무자가 공무원 또는 공직유관단체의 임직원의 신분을 보유하면서(퇴직후 1월이내에 다시 공무원 또는 공직유관단체의 임직원이 되는 경우를 포함한다) 전보등에 의하여 등록의무를 면한 때에는 전보등이 된 날로부터 1월 이내에 그해의 1월 1일(1월 1일이후에 등록의무자로 된 경우에는 등록의무자로 된 날)이후 전보등이 된 날까지의 재산 변동사항을 종전의 등록기관에 신고하여야 하며, 그후 2년간 매년전보등의 사유가 생긴 월에 그전 1년간의 재산변동 사항을 신고하여야 한다. 다만, 재산변동사항신고의무기간중에 퇴직한 경우에는 제6조제2항의 규정을 준용한다 If a person liable for registration is exempted from the liability for registration due to a transfer, by retaining the status as a public official, or an officer or an employee of a public service-related organization (including the case where he/she becomes a public official, or an officer or an employee of a public service-related organization within one month after retirement), he/she shall report to the previous registration agency the changed matters concerning the property until the day on which such transfer is made after the 1st of January of the year in which he/she is transferred (if he/she becomes a person liable for registration after the 1st of January, the day on which he/she becomes liable therefor) within one month after his/her transfer, and thereafter make a report each year for two years on the changed matters in the property during the preceding year in the month in which the cause of such transfer has occurred: Provided, That if he/she retires from his/her office during the period in which he/she is liable for reporting on the changed matters in the property, the provisions of Article 6 (2) shall apply mutatis mutandis.

【 용 례 】 “보유”라 함은 개인정보화일을 작성 또는 취득하거나 유지·관리하는 것(개인정보의 처리를 다른 기관·단체등에 위탁하는 경우를 포함하되, 다른 기관·단체등으로부터 위탁받은 경우를 제외한다)을 말한다 The term “possession” means the composition, acquisition, maintenance or management of personal information files (including the cases to consign the management of private information to another agency or organization but excluding the cases to be consigned from another agency or organization). 

【 용 례 】 총괄청은 관리청, 관리·처분에 관한 사무를 위임 또는 위탁받은 자 및 총괄청의 보유재산별로 총괄부를 비치 하여야 한다 The Office of General Administration shall keep the general registry on the state property, by classifying the state property as the property owned by the Office of Administration, the property owned by the person to whom the duties of administration and disposal is delegated or entrusted, and the property possessed by the Office of General Administration. 

【 용 례 】 한국은행은 각 국제금융기구의 협정에 의하여 각 국제금융기구가 보유하는 내국통화 또는 기타 자산의 임치 소가 된다 The Bank of Korea shall be the depositary of domestic currency or other assets possessed by each international financial institution in accordance with the relevant agreement of each international financial institution.
