【 용 례 】 농림수산식품부장관은 심사결과를 참작하여 지리적표시의 등록을 하기에 부적합하다고 판단될 때에는 지체 없이 그 사유를 명시하여 신청자에게 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 부적합한 사항이 단기간에 보완할 수 있다고 인정되는 경우에는 일정기간을 정하여 신청자로 하여금 보완하도록 할 수 있다 The Minister of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries may, if the relevant products are found unsuitable for registration of the regional or geographical mark in consideration of the examination results, notify the fact to the applicant without delay, specifying the reasons for the rejection: Provided, That in case that the unsatisfactory factors leading to the rejection may be redressed in a short time, he/she may have the applicant redress them, fixing a period of time.
