【 용 례 】 “보수월액”이라 함은 공무원의 종류 및 급별에 따라 지급되는 월급여액으로서 봉급과 기말수당의 연지급합계 액을 12월로 평균한 금액과 대통령령이 정하는 수당액을 합한 금액을 말한다. 다만, 연봉을 받는 공무원의 보수월액은 공무원의 종류 및 급별 등을 고려하여 대통령령이 정하는 금액을 말한다 The term “monthly amount of remuneration” means the amount that sums up the amount that averages the total amount of annual payment of a salary and a term-end allowance by twelve, and the amount of allowance prescribed by Presidential Decree, as a monthly amount of salary paid according to the type and class of a public official: Provided, That the monthly amount of remuneration of a public official who receives an annual salary shall be the amount prescribed by Presidential Decree in consideration of the type and class of a public official.
